How To Choose A Scent
Choosing a fragrance is personal. This quick guide helps you narrow things down, and because you're sampling 5 ml decants, you can explore without a big commitment.
1. Start with a scent family
- Fresh and citrus: bright, clean and energizing. Great for warm weather and everyday wear.
- Floral: from soft petals to rich white flowers. Romantic and elegant.
- Woody: cedar, sandalwood and vetiver. Warm, grounded and versatile.
- Amber and oriental: resins, spices and vanilla. Rich, cozy and long-lasting.
- Aromatic and fougère: lavender, herbs and moss. Classic and polished.
- Gourmand: sweet notes like caramel, coffee and tonka. Comforting and playful.
Not sure what you like? Look at fragrances you already enjoy and check their notes. Our fragrance families and scent notes pages explain more.
2. Think about when you'll wear it
Lighter, fresher scents suit daytime, work and summer. Deeper, sweeter and spicier scents shine in the evening and in colder months. See strength and longevity for how long different concentrations (EDT, EDP, parfum) tend to last.
3. Pick your tier
- Base ($12.99 per fragrance per month): popular everyday designer fragrances.
- Premium ($19.99): more complex designer and niche compositions.
- Ultra Lux ($29.99): rare, high-end selections.
- Private Reserve ($44.99): our top shelf.
4. Build your box
Choose how many fragrances you want each month (1, 2, 3 or 6) and pick your scents. Multi-fragrance boxes are discounted compared with buying them one at a time. Every fragrance arrives as a 5 ml decant, which is about 50 sprays.
